Contract Length: 6 months with possible extension

Pay Rate to Intermediary: £558.25 per day

Spinwell is recruiting for a ServiceNow Architect for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICENOW ARCHITECT
An experienced ServiceNow architect is required to co-lead the development
of the platform in areas of Workflow Automation, CMDB integration, front-end
Service/Employee Centre Portal, ITSM maturity and IRM maturity with the
ServiceNow technical product manager.
Alongside the ServiceNow team you will be working on a previously developed
platform which was refreshed using best practice, is maturing its automation
journey and being rolled out within the wider corporate business areas. This
role includes strategic planning, business analysis responsibilities, technical
mentoring, work experience with complex user requirements and the
translation to technical architecture.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE SERVICENOW ARCHITECT
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of the platform mechanics and best practices
- Integration and orchestration knowledge
- Knowledge of CMDB & Asset Management
- JavaScript development independent of and within the ServiceNow framework
- CSDM 4.0 knowledge
- Self-Service and Employee Centre Portal (beyond Catalogue Items)
- HTML, XML, CSS & JSON
- Strong teamwork, self-managing and self-initiative, coaching, collaboration & communication skills
