Role: HR Business Partner
Contract Length: 12 weeks with possible extension
Location: Hybrid/Peterborough - possible working from home but at least 3-4 days presence working from site

Pay Rate to Intermediary: £30.18 per hour + holidays + pension
Spinwell is recruiting for a HR Business Partner for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR BUSINESS PARTNER
- To be a business partner to a designated Directorate and its leadership team to influence and shape the people and change agenda, developing and delivering HR people plans and priorities for the specified Directorate.
- To provide business insight into the formulation of both local and corporate Workforce Strategy HR
- To diagnose business and people related issues and requirements for the specified Directorate and act as the crucial link between the needs of the Directorate and accessing the resources and talents of the specialist Corporate Workforce and OD functions.
- To work cooperatively and collaboratively with colleague Business Partners to ensure consistency of application and approach on all people management matters across all Directorates
- To contribute to the overall management and leadership of the Workforce and OD Directorate through membership of the Workforce and OD Directorate leadership team.
- The role will predominantly focus on implementing change management across the organisation through consultation with staff. The role will manage a small change management team of 2-3 people. There may also be a requirement to support complex medical and non-medical employee relations cases.
