Spinwell is recruiting for First Aid Trainers for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FIRST AID TRAINER
To research, design and deliver learning & development programmes in support of organisational requirements for Police. To offer advice and support to the Learning & Development Management team in devising training solutions appropriate to current and future needs.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE FIRST AID TRAINER
Teaching Qualification (minimum of one or above):
- Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development
- Level 3 Certificate in the Lifelong Learning Sector
- Level 3 Certificate in Teaching Adult Learners
Assessing Qualification (minimum of one or above):
- Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment
- Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement
- Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA)
- Level 3 Training, Assessment and Quality Assurance (TAQA)
- A1 Assessor Award
First Aid Competence (both required):
- Valid, in-date First Aid at Work (FAW) certificate
- Recent demonstrable experience delivering first aid training
